Delivery
Most in stock items are shipped within 48 hours and will arrive to an Australian address in 3 to 7 business days.
Europe, USA and other countrie
You will be notified if item is out of stock or for custom orders. All orders are shipped as a complete order. However, if your order exceeds a value of A$300 you will pay only once.
Shipments outside Australia
May be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. As these rates may vary by country it is difficult to calculate the final costs. Contact your local customs office for current charges before ordering so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting. customs cost for goods upon receiving item so you may need to check your cost on arrival.
Tracking
Australia Post offers free international tracking of a customer order by providing you with a tracking number. Within Australia you will be advised of carrier by Australia Post.
Returns
The cost of returning an item is the responsibility of the customer.
Returns/exchanges must be accompanied by the original receipt or order.
Please make sure any items returned are securely packaged to avoid any damage in transit.
After receiving a return request the refund will be processed and you will be notified by email.
Non Returns
Any item damaged or has missing parts or is not in original condition including swing tags.
The refund will be the same originally paid.
