Delivery & Returns

Most in stock items are shipped within 48 hours and will arrive to an Australian address the next business day unless order placed on a weekend.

All orders to Europe and US are sent express delivery however will take longer depending on Customs.

Europe, USA and other countries

All products are automatically calculated according to weight and destination.

Items in stock will be sent out and received within 7 -10 days.

You will be notified if item is out of stock. If you order items in different sizes e.g. for a 2 piece or bikini we will send order as soon as available. All orders are shipped as a complete order otherwise you will be billed separately for shipping. However, if your order exceeds a value of A$300 you will pay only once.

Shipments outside Australia

May be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. As these rates may vary by country it is difficult to calculate the final costs. Contact your local customs office for current charges before ordering so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.

Tracking

We offer free international tracking of a customer order by providing you with a tracking number and we will advise you which international carrier DHL or Fedex for countries outside Australia. Within Australia you will be advised of carrier either by Australia Post or APD whichever is the most convenient and economical.

Returns

Outside Australia the cost of returning an item is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a fault or error.

Each order returned is best done via signed for or special delivery services.

Returns/exchanges must be accompanied by the original receipt or order.

An item that does not fit can be returned at no cost to the customer and exchanged for another.

Please make sure any items returned are securely packaged to avoid any damage in transit.

After receiving a return request the refund will be processed and notify you will be notified by email.

Non Returns

Any item damaged or has missing parts or is not in original condition including swing tags.

The refund will be the same form of payment that was originally used.

Our aim is to process returns as soon as possible once the item is returned. Please allow up to 14 days for refunds to be credited to your account using the original payment method.

You may choose a credit for future purchases instead of a refund but this is your choice.

Any item received that is damaged will be replaced without any costs for return of damaged item.
